Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid to flow DC current to a load, by resetting flip-flop quickly when the clock signal is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: A clock stop detection circuit 6 does not produce any pulse when the clock signal is input from an oscillation circuit 1, while it produces pulse when the clock signal is stopped and resets a flip-flop 5 through an OR gate 7. Thus, the stop of clock signal resets the flip-flop 5 even if no output is given to the decoder 4, the output Q changes to a low level and the output is prevented from being DC. Accordingly, the open wire of the conductors of magnetic bubble memory device connected to the output terminals of a flip-flop 5 via a generator current drive circuit can be prevented.
