Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the intertwining of a stick coil by winding a subwire around a member where a core metal and a main wire are laminated, then after winding it around another core metal and winding both wires removing the core metal chemically. CONSTITUTION:A main wire 1 such as tungsten and the first core metal 3 such as molybdenum are laminated in parallel then a subwire 2 made of tungsten is wound into coil to produce the first coiled wire 4. The first coiled wire 4 is wound into coil on second core metal 5 of molybdenum to produce the second coiled wire 6. Then raser beam 8 is irradiated onto the first coiled wire 4 to form a fusing section 9 to which main and subwires 1, 2 are connected, thereafter the first second core metals 3, 5 are disolved and removed to produce a stick coil. Consequently the intertwining of coil during the manufacture can be prevented.
