Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure an easy compensation of the loudness properties, by controlling each amplifier with the DC voltage supplied from both the electron volumes for adjustment of the sound volume and sound quality. CONSTITUTION:With operation of the volume VOL1, the driving voltage is supplied to the amplifier 7 via the buffer amplifier A1, and thus the amplitude of the aural signal is controlled to give an adjustment to the sound volume. When the volume VOL1 is suppressed with the sound volume attenuated, the flatness of the hearing property is lost. And when the switches S1 and S2 are turned on in the range where the loudness properties are deteriorated, the outputs of the error amplifiers A4 and A5 are supplied to the amplifiers 8 and 9 for amplification of the amplitude at the low and high ranges each of the voice signal. Thus the hearing property is compensated. The variable voltage of the VOL1 is applied to the - terminal of the amplifier A4 after the amplification A1 and the level control 11 given; and the variable voltage of the VOL2 is applied to the + terminal after the amplification A2 and the level control 12 each. In the same way, the variable voltage of the VOL1 and 3 are applied to the amplifier A5, and then a control is given to the amplitude of both the low- and high- frequency regions by the VOL2 and 3. The VOL2 and 3 are set at the middle position of the DC level, and then the sound volume is varied by controlling the VOL1. As a result, the loudness can be kept flat automatically.
