Let the inductances of the electromagnet 1 and the inductor 2 be L1 and L0, respectively. When the ideal switch 3 is turned off, (L0/L0+L1)i0 is flowed and the current is impulsively increased. Therefore, the electromagnet, whose attracting force is instantly increased and action is quick, can be obtained.
