Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Rotation of a shaft 10 driven by a prime mover is conducted to a non-circular type gear rotary body 4 through a circular gear 12 and a non-circular conduction gears 8 and 9, and rotation torque is given to a non-circular rotary body 5 through a circular gear 13 and non-circular conduction gears 14 and 15, and yet, excessive pressure is not applied onto surfaces of cogs of rotating gears 4 and 5 engaged with each other. And therefore, it is possible to obtain pulse-free and relatively high exhaling pressure in a condition of less internal leak and less difference in vessel. While flow rate is able to be measured by exhaling flow by pumping function and number of rotation of the rotary bodies, the measurement accuracy is ensured by compensating vessel difference through an electronic memory device and by a pressure difference measuring device, such as a sensing element or a pressure gauge, between inhaling side and exhaling side.
