Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity for a relay and obtain a wiper device durable and good in quality, by such constitution that to a transistor operated by an output signal from a blocking oscillator circuit a wiper motor is connected in series.
CONSTITUTION: When a transistor Tr2 is conducted an electric current by an output signal from a blocking oscillator circuit 1, the electric current flows in a wiper motor 5 to start rotating the wiper motor 5. If the rotating motion of the wiper motor 5 causes a movable contact 6a of an automatic stop switch 6 to be contacted to a fixed contact 6b, the wiper motor 5 holds its rotating motion. Because the output signal from the blocking oscillator circuit 1 is intermittently output, the Tr2 is turned off before a completion of one revolution of the wiper motor 5. Accordingly the movable contact 6a of the automatic stop switch 6 is selectively contacted to the fixed contact 6c to short circuit the wiper motor 5.
