Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the repetitive effect of radio frequency, by applying a small zone constituting system to a part of district having concentrated traffic, and a large zone constituting system to other districts. In the district A, the use of all the radio channels is possible. Further, in a surrounding district B, it corresponds to a repetitive zone and it plays a role of preventing the electromagnetic wave interference between the district A and other districts except A and B. Further, in other districts except A and B, a large area having the extent including a plurality of radio zones is taken as a unit, and within the unit area, a large zone constitution system in which each radio zone commonly uses a plurality of radio channels, is applied.
