Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to exchange a liquid receiving plate easily correspondin to a raw liquid in a filter press for recovering a filter cake and a filtrate by separating a raw liquid by developing plural liquid receiving plates capable of being stacked and retracted during a filtering procedure of a filter press.
CONSTITUTION: In a retracted position, liquid receiving plates 13 are stacked in such a condition that a most foreward liquid receiving plate 13 of a developing direction Y is placed at a lower most position and they ar stopped against a strike plate 14 and retracted to a position escaped from a lower space of filter plates 4. If filter plates 4 are opened, a filter cake is dropped and recovered into a cake receiving tray apparatus 8 and the receiving tray apparatus 8 is run on a rail 29 to convey out the filter cake. Subsequently, during the filtering procedure of a filter press, a pair of drive ropes 21 are driven so as to transport the liquid receiving plates 13 to a developing direction Y. Firstly, a lower most liquid receiving plate 13 is withdrawn and, next, the second engaging flange 17 hooks the first engaging flange 16 to withdraw the upper liquid receiving plates and develops them so as to cover a lower portion of the filter plate 4 totally. Therefore, a leaked liquid is recovered in a recovery through 30 and exhausted externally.
