Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable holding of a large number of inserted objects aligned in a proper direction, by a method wherein the inserted objects inserted into a mold are arranged in a proper direction by an arrangement means, and are held in a right directional condition by means of a holding system when a mold is locked.
CONSTITUTION: An inserted object arranging bar 14 moves forward through the working of a movable block 13 toward an inserted object 1 put into a mold, and is brought into contact with the inserted object 1 for arranging the object 1 in a proper direction. When a mold is locked, the movable block 13 and the arranging bar 14 are moved backward with a cam plate 22 lowered in synchronism with the movement of an upper mold, and simultaneously, an inserted object pressing bar 18 is caused to move forward for holding the inserted object 1 in a proper directional condition. This permits the automatic arrangement and support of a large number of the inserted objects in the proper direction.
