Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When all of the clear inputs CL1, CL2 and preset inputs PR1, PR2 of flip-flops 3, 4 are made L level, they become a distributor for 3-phase 4-wire electric power measurement. At this time, the direct current proportional to the electric power of each phase is obtained in a smoothing capacitor 17 and this current is pulse converted by a current-frequency converting circuit 18. The pulses are then counted in a counter 19 and are displayed as electric energy. When this measuring apparatus is adapted to a 3-phase 3-wire system, only the clear input CL2 of the flip-flop 4 of the distributor is made H level. In the case of adapting this measuring device to a single-phase 2-wire system, the preset input PR1 of the flip-flop 3 of the distributor is made H level and the clear input CL2 of the flip-flop 4 is made H level.
