Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a subject resin-coated metal sheet which is coated such that resin coating layers are firmly adhered to a bored metal sheet by a vacuum-drawing method, and an upper and a lower resin coating layer are adhered closely to each other in a hole section. CONSTITUTION:A bored metal sheet 3 is consecutively inserted through a metal sheet insertion hole 2 in a mold 1, and simultaneously, the inside of a pressure reduction case 12 is sucked by means of a vacuum pump or the like. Simultaneously, resin in resin gathering sections 10a and 10b is extruded through resin feed pathes 11a and 11b from a lip portion 9. Then, resin coating layers 4a and 4b are coated on both an upper and a lower surface of the metal sheet 3, and both side end surfaces are also coated to form a resin-coated metal sheet A. A space between the bored metal sheet 3 and the resin coating layers 4a and 4b is vacuum-drawn thereupon, and the surface of the bored metal sheet 3. The upper and the lower resin coating layers 4a and 4b are adhered closely to both the upper and the lower resin coating layers are adhered closely to each other in a hole section 5 to coat an inner circumference surface of the hole 5.
