CONSTITUTION:At the beginning of operation, an unstretched film 9 is stretched and guided concurrently while contacting pulley groups 5 with stretch rolls 1 and fitting belts 61 and 62 with lengthwise groove into the periphery of the rolls 1. After the start, the pulley groups 5 are separated from the stretch rolls 1, and the stretched film is cut by a pair of the film cutters 11 to obtain the flat film 10. Thus, uniform stretching of film can be attained by the simplified molder using a space stretching method.
