Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Static power converter 2 is constituted with unit converters 21 and 22, and converters 21 and 22 are connected in series to each other in the series side and are connected to inductive energy storage equipment 1. They are insulated from each other in the AC side and are connected to AC current system 4. In this case, effective components and ineffective components of synthesized power of converters 21 and 22 can be controlled to desired values respectively by instructing control angles α1 and α2 of converters 21 and 22 while relating them to each other by control unit 20.
