Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to transmit one original sheet several times with efficiency in sequence by providing a roller driving mechanism which can change a roller, feeding an original, in turning direction between forward rotation and reverse rotation. CONSTITUTION:Original 1 is set on original table 2 firstly, a telephone circuit is connected to a facsimile equipment via an auto dial unit, which is not shown in the figure, for the 1st address, and roller driver 4 is turned clockwise on the paper surface in the figure to feed original 1 by roller 3, thereby reading orginal 1 with light from light source 5. On transmission of one original 1, driving mechanism 4 is stopped. Next, for transmission to the 2nd address, the telephone circuit is connected to the address via the auto dial unit. After the circuit is connected, driving mechanism 4 is reversed to read original 1 from its terminal, thereby transmitting data to the 2nd address. Thus, the same picture can sequentially be sent several times.
