Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit the use of a sintered oilless bearing under low loads and in a high speed range by mounting a rotation shaft whose sliding face is applied with a solid lubricant coating between the sintered oilless bearing in advance.
CONSTITUTION: To permit the use of a sintered oilless bearing under a serious condition that is, under a low load of 5kg/cm2 or less and in a high peripheral speed range of rotation between 400 and 1,400m/min, a rotation shaft is used whose sliding face is applied with a solid lubricant coating between the sintered oilless bearing in advance. This solid lubricant coating is formed by executing a spraying for example, of a molybdenum bisulfide or a boron nitride commercially available as solid lubricant onto a reguired area of the rotation shaft. As the sintered oilless bearing may be put into the place of a ball bearing for example, used for a cleaner or the like, the cost can be reduced.
