Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a responsible person management function, by not only making certain of the sales contents of each responsible person by use of a little memory capacity but also making it impossible to operate the cash register by the next responsible person unless the sales contents are checked at the time of shift of responsible persons, and making them have the obligation to check same.

CONSTITUTION: The board 1 is connected to CPU4 through the keyboard indicator interface circuit 3 by providing a register key 1a, a responsible person key 1b, an amount key 1c, and a control switch which makes the registering and check operations active selectively on the keyboard 1. The memory unit 5 having a responsible person code memory 14, a responsible person respective sales memory 13, an each responsible person total amount memory 12, a responsible person check flag 18, etc. is connected to the aforesaid CPU4, and furthermore, a printer 7 is connected through the printer interface circuit 6. Resulting from the foregoing, the sales contents of a responsible person can be confirmed by selecting the registering operation and the check operation by means of operating the switch 1f, and also the next operation can be performed unless the sales contents are checked at the time of shift of responsible persons.
