Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the variation of characteristics due to a temperature change by a mechanism wherein escapes for bubbles generated in case of adhesion are formed to a metal disc and an adhering sheet, and bubbles are removed which are generated between the metal disc and a hub formed when the metal disc is glued to the hub.
CONSTITUTION: Perforationlike small holes B are made up on the whole surface of an adhering sheet 3' glueing a metal disc 1' and a hub, bubbles generated in case of adhesion are made escape from the small holes B, and the adhering sheet 3' and the hub can be stuck fast. Slit groups C are formed to an adhering portion between the metal disc 1' and the adhering sheet 3' in the metal disc 1' when slit groups on an outer circumferential portion are prepared by means of an etching process, and the degree of adhesion is similarly improved.
