PURPOSE:To perform data compression and transmission with efficiency by equally dividing ON-OFF data to a random data length in terms of time and by bearing correlation among equally divided data lengths as one cycle. CONSTITUTION:Sampled values that correspond to a reference cycle and corresponding cycles are compared mutually; when they all agree, correlation is decided (index 0) and when even one of them disagrees, no correlation is decided (index 1). Namely, when Si<m>-Si<n>=0, data of the m-th cycle and that of the n-th cycle bear correlation and when not, no correlation is born. As shown in the figure, only when no correlation is born, data of the cycle are all transmitted when the correlation is born, data are never sent.
