Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The analog comparator 13 compares the reception level 11 and the comparison level 12 to deliver the "H" and "L" levels when the level 11 becomes less and more than the level 12 respectively. The digital comparator 17 compares the input 14 with the output 16 of the circuit 15 each.
