Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure high-accuracy metering of the powder/grain substance which is hard to exhaust for a rotary disk metering device, by providing the scraper at the position nearest the exhaust mouth at the upstream and in the rotating direction of the disk and then providing the supply mouth of the hopper for the substance to be measured and adjacent to the upstream side of the scraper and with the minimum necessary diameter.
CONSTITUTION: The hopper 1 having the supply mouth 2 of a minimum necessary diameter is fixed to the hopper base 3 forming the cover of the housing 5. The metering housing 5 contains the exhaust mouth 6 at the bottom part with the measuring disk 7 connected to the drive shaft 9 which protrudes upward from the center bottom surface. The 10 units of metering holes 8 are provided equidistantly on the circumference of the radius coinciding with the mouth 6 on the disk 7. And the scraper 4 is provided on the rotary disk 7, and the powder/grain substance 10 is filled at the area 2 right before the mouth 6. As a result, high-accuracy metering is possible for the powder/grain substance which is hard to exhaust.
