Moreover, a common terminal cable 9 and a terminal cable with a driver terminal 7 are connected respectively, thus a thermal head being obtained. In this case, a group of upper conductors 6 formed unitedly with the terminal cable having the driver terminal 7 through the intermediary of the insulating sheet 16 is employed. Bonding connection is applied only to the group of lower conductors 5 and that of upper conductors 6 at the opening part and the bonding connection of the driver terminal cable with the group of lower conductors 5 is becomes unnecessary.
