Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a pattern in a simple way, by forming a speckle pattern on the coating surface by the repellent function of the additive, thus realizing a multicoating of the multicolor coating materials.
CONSTITUTION: The mixed coating material 3 is sprayed on the plane 2 of the flat plate 1 by means of an air spray gun to secure the under coating. Then mixed coating material 4 is sprayed in a low atmopheric pressure and by an air spray gun onto the surface of the material 3 in scattering and in the state under which the material 3 is not dried yet. The material 3 is made by diluting the alkyd resin vanish with the alcoholic solvent or the like and then mixing the pigment along with addition of the additive obtained by dissolving the fixed silicon with the solvent thinner. While the material 4 is obtained by mixing the alkyd resin vanish and the melamine resin together and then mixing the pigment and with addition of the additive made by dissolving the silicon of the additive added to the material 3 and the nonaffinitive silicon into the solvent thinner. Accordingly, both additives have a repellent reaction to each other, and thus a repulsion is produced between the materials 3 and 4 to form a speckle pattern on plane 2 of the flat plate 1. Then a product is obtained through the drying process in the drying machine.
