Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish an effective noise prevention with a simple constitution of an oil filled transformer and the like in which the noise reducing device is adopted by a method wherein an apparatus body and a noise-proof cover surrounding it are provided on the same base plate and the exterior circumference of the base plate is enclosed by concrete. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame 34 of the base plate 3 consisted of a steel plate, an angle bar, a channel bar, an H-beam, etc. and concrete 6 are casted on foundation 4 around the base plate 3. As a result, an apparatus body and a nois-proof cover surrouding the body are provided on the same foundation 4 and an efficient noise prevention can be accomplished with a simple constitution.
