Abstract

PURPOSE: To control a speed signal to be close to an actual speed of a car to obtain an appropriate value by switching time and speed into the time and the decelerated speed which are set in advance in case of a speed pulse failure.
CONSTITUTION: When speed pulses are failed to be generated for longer than a set time of retriggerable monostable multi vibrator (RMMV) 15, its output Q becomes "0". As the result, an output Q from a timer 16 starts timing, and the output Q during the set time becomes "0" to connect a transistor 17, and an unreversed input voltage of an amplifier 18 is decreased to reduce a car speed signal output at deceleration which is smaller than that of initial deceleration. After a set time of the timer 16, the transistor 17 is shut off, and the deceleration of the car speed signal output becomes the initial deceleration. Therefore, when generation of car speed pulses is failed, the car speed signal shows the value close to the actual speed, and the safety can be increased.
