And the high-band component of the output of the amplifier 3 is extracted out of the 2nd impedance circuit 14 to be supplied to the load 11. In such way, a high efficiency and high fidelity can be obtained for the amplifier as a whole by using the high-efficiency 1st amplifier 2 and the 2nd amplifier 3 having the excellent high-band property respectively.
