Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of rectification sparks in transient and pulsating periods of the DC machine by inserting the primary side of a differential detector of a load current into an armature circuit of the DC machine, and connecting the secondary side to a commutating-pole auxiliaey winding via a compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The primary side P of a differential detector 1 of a load current is connected to an armature 6 in series, and the secandary side S is connected to a commutating-pole auxiliary winding 4, which is provided on a commutating core that is also used for a commutating pole 5, via compensating circuit 2 and a power amplifier 3. In this consitution, the following characteristics of the commutating flux to the load current can be improved, and the generation of the rectification sparks in transient and pulsating periods of the DC machine can be prevented.
