CONSTITUTION:The pretreatment apparatus 3, such as leveler, for revising the shape of transfer strip, is provided on the entrance side of the laser beam welding apparatus 1 and also, the aftertreatment apparatus 4, such as grinder, for revising the dislocation after welding, is provided on the exit side of said welding apparatus. The dislocation generated at the time of carrying out butt welding of the preceeding coil 5 and the succeeding coil 6 by the apparatus 1, is eliminated by scraping off by the grinder of the apparatus 4 or press-fixing by the roll.
