Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an extremely accurate diagnosis information, by obtaining in the non-blood-observing way both the pulse pressure change signal of the blood vessel in the circulatory system of a living body and the volume change signal and then calculating the product of both change signals through the compensation given to the time phase.
CONSTITUTION: The pulse pressure detecting part 10 where the pulsation of the circulatory system is given in the non-blood-observing way consists of the pulse wave meter; while the volume detecting part 20 where the extent of fluctuation of the blood is detected in the non-blood-observing way consists of the impedance cardiograph. The pulse pressure signal P and the volume signal V detected each are converted into the pulse pressure change signal ΔP and the volume change signal ΔV each through the process circuits 30 and 40. These converted signals are sent to the time phase compensating circuit 50 to secure the synchronization/ coincidence among the operation start points. And both signals ΔP and ΔV are supplied to the operation display circuit 80 to perform an operation of the PV characteristics. In such way, an extremely accurate diagnosis information can be obtained.
