Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the continuous production of lining sheets for building prevented from leakage of liquid at an abutting part thereof and having excellent in quality, by a method wherein a portion where gutter-shaped surface materials are abutted to each other is automatically adhered together to form the surface materials in a continuous state, and an expandable plastic resin is poured into a gutter-shaped concave part. CONSTITUTION:A front end part if a gutter-shaped surface material 2, in which rising parts are formed at both side, and no rising part is provided at a front and a rear position, is fed in a running direction of a quick running conveyor 1, and the surface materials 2 are fed in order. A rear end of a preceding surface material 2 is abutted to a front end of a subsequent surface material 2, and an adhesive agent is applied according to a signal detected by an abutting detector 5. A plurarity of the surface materials are adhered together at an abutting part to form a continuous substance 12 of the surface materials which are united in a continuous unit. After it is dried, a given amount of raw liquid of an expandable plastic resin 9 is poured into a long gutter-shaped concave part of the continuous substance 12 of the surface materials by means of a casting device to be formed into a monolithical unit.
