Abstract

PURPOSE:Titled composition which has good low-temperature adhesion and forms little dust during packing operation, comprising an isotactic PP and four specific additives. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. of (a) an isotactic PP, MI: 1.0-4.0g/10min, not freed from polymers having a weight-average MW of at least 1X10<4> and freed completely from low-MW polymer having a MW of at most 1X10<3>, are added as additives, 0.05-0.50pts.wt. of (b) a phenolic compound represented by formula I, wherein R<1-3> are H or hydrocarbyls selected from the group consisting of C(<=20) (cyclo)alkyl, 1-C(<=20) alkylcycloalkyl and 1-C(<=20) alkylbenzyl, and at least two of them are hydrocarbyls, 0.01-0.20pts.wt. of (c) a phenolic compound represented by formula II, wherein R<4> is a C(<=6) alkyl and x is 1-6, 0.05-0.50pts.wt. of (d) a thioether of a carboxylic acid ester represented by formula III, wherein R<5> is a C(<=20) alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, and n is 1-10, and 0.05-0.50pts.wt. of (e) a metal salt of a carboxylic acid represented by formula IV, wherein R<6> is a 14-20C (un) saturated aliphatic hydrocarbyl and M is Ca, Zn or Al.
