Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify constitution by providing a strip line with a resonator by electromagnetic coupling, by performing phase detection by phase information based upon a signal obtained through the coupled circuit, and then by obtaining the frequency discrimination signal of an input signal in consequence. CONSTITUTION:Microstrip line 17 supplied with high frequency signal Si is provided with coupled dielectric resonator 18 whose resonance frequency is equal to an objective center frequency. On the opposite side of line 17 to where resonator 18 is provided, auxiliary microstrip line 19 is provided in parallel to line 17 and the end of auxiliary line 19 at the input side of line 17 for signal Si is bent in a channel shape to form directional coupler 20. The other-side ends of lines 17 and 19 are bridged by lines 22a and 22b, where 90 deg. hybrid coupler 22 is formed.
