Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement in the heat radiative effect by providing the fin head with plastic deformation during the final processing to form fins by forcedly pressing the U-shape block to said head.

The fins made by said procedures are provided with satisfactory oil convection while satisfactorily retaining the parallel parts of the section, and thus, heat radiation effect is improved.
