Abstract
PURPOSE: To extract easily a cleaning solid collected on a screen provided on an end cap or a valve disc by mounting a valve body between end caps so as to rotate the valve body round one piece of a plurality of bolts.
CONSTITUTION: An isolation valve with a collector for cleaning solid 20 like a sponge ball which is used for cleaning of a reverse osmosis device is provided with a valve body 11, a pair of end caps 12 ready for junctioning watertightly to both ends of the valve body 11, and 4 clamping bolts 13, for example, with which to combine the end caps 12 mutually to a pair. There are provided in the valve body 11 a ball valve dise 15 fitted in a seat 14 for ready turning round a vertical shaft and a screen 18 fitted in a valve passage 17. To replace the sponge ball 20, all the bolts 13 other than one are demounted, the valve body 11 is rotated round the bolt 13 which is left as mounted, and the valve passage 17 is exposed outwardly.
