When the time becomes one o'clock, a control mechanism 14 regulates a motor 12 by a signal from a time announcing mechanism 15 to move the magnetic head 9 to a prescribed position over the magnetic stripes 5, 7 to change a voice signal ''one o'clock, zero minute'' into a voice through a reading and sounding mechanism 18.
