Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to transmit the audio and information signal on the same telephone line as the signal at the audio and nonaudio section, by inserting the sinusoidal wave having higher frequency in the audio frequency band of a given value of level or more at the start and end of the section not in existing of audio of the telephone line. CONSTITUTION:The output audio A from the output terminal 1 of the telephone set is input to the audio switch circuit 2, and the audio A is output to the output terminal 3 as it is at the audio section. When the circuit 2 detects the end of the audio A, the information is fed to the sinusoidal wave oscillator 4 and the sinusoidal wave B having higher frequency of a given level is output to the output terminal 3 as the signal indicating the end of audio section. Further, a certain information signal C is input from the input terminal 5 and stored temporarily in the input buffer memory 6, and modulated into the band other than the frequency band where the sinusoidal wave B exists at the modulator 7, and this modulated signal D is output to the output terminal 3 until the circuit 2 detects the beginning end of the next audio section. Further, audio A and information signal C are fed to the transmission line 8 and the audio A and the information signal C are separated at the selection signal detector 10.
