Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve manipulation and assemblage while attaining miniaturization by using as the display part of a watch an upper-plate substrate constituting an electro-optical display part of liquid crystal, etc. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower polarizing plates 9 and 10 for liquid-crystal display and sealing member 11 sealing liquid crystal 5 are equipped and reflective plate 12 reflects light transmitted through liquid crystal 5 from cover glass 20. Reflective plate 13, made of the same material as that of reflective plate 12, is provided. On circuit substrate 14, a needed electronic circuit member is arranged and connectors 15a and 15b connect the electronic circuit to the panels. Additionally, cover glass 20, case 21 and back 22 are also provided.
