Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to take out a synchronous beam without using a half mirror, by utilizing the surface of reflection of the opposite side to the surface of reflection which reflects a scanning beam, and obtaining a synchronous beam for compensating the movement of a galva-mirror.
CONSTITUTION: A laser beam (a) which has been emitted from the laser tube 1 is made to branch into two directions by the beam splitter 2, and one of them becomes a scanning beam (a') to a copy 9 or a sensitive body 10. On the other hand, the other beam (a) is transmitted to the other surface of reflection of a galva-mirror 8, and becomes a synchronous beam (a") of the synchronous optical system 11. The optical system 11 irradiates the beam (a") to the scale for correcting the scanning beam speed and generating the timing clock, through the reflector 13 by the mirror 8, and this transmitting beams is collected by the concave mirror 14, and is received by the detector 15.
