Abstract

PURPOSE:To release a glove from a hand-shaped die automatically in the same positions of the face and back thereof as it is fitted to the die by a method wherein the rim-band part of a glove is rolled down along the surface of the hand-shaped die by roll-down levers of plural pair of hook devices and a pair of nails are closely fitted to the place left by the part. CONSTITUTION:Plural pair of hook devices 8 and 8' are provided on circulating chain lines 7 and 7' moving in synchronization with the glove conveyor line 1 of a glove production line. The rim-band part 38 of a glove is rolled down along the surface of a hand-shaped die by the roll-down levers 29 of the hook device 8 and a pair of nails 40 are closely fitted to the place on the surface of the die left by the part. Next, the rim-band part 38 is rolled up again on to the back surface of the tip of the nails 40, thereby the part being caught surely by the pair of nails. Further, the rim of the glove is opened by pulling back the nails and, the rim-band part being held by nail pressers, high-pressure water is jetted from nozzles 11 and 12, thereby the glove being released from the die in the same positions as it is fitted to the die.
