PURPOSE:To maintain the most suitable air condition in a vehicle car whether or not it is accomodating a rated number of passengers or it is packed by passengers, by controlling an air-conditioning device according to a program stored in the memory, based on the difference of the outputs from temperature sensors individually provided at the ceiling and the floor of the car vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Temperature sensors 9 and 10 are installed near the ceiling of a car vehicle and its floor respectively, and at the same time a temperature sensor 11 of the same type is installed outside the vehicle. Outputs of those sensors are input to the central processing unit has a program to calculate a set value of the most suitable room cooling in the vehicle according to the difference in the temperatures detected by the temperature sensors 9 and 10, a program to calculate a new set value of the most suitable room cooling by adding a temperature value over, for instance, 28 deg.C, if there is, of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 11 at outside the vehicle room to the set value of the most suitable room cooling, and other programs.
