Abstract
PURPOSE:To control group delay time characteristics by sticking or press-contacting an elastic body to at least one surface side vibration part of a piezoelectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Silicone rubber pieces 19, 20, 21 and 22 are provided where there are cavities provided to protect the vibration of filter element 1. Consequently, group delay time characteristics can freely be controlled by adequately suppressing the vibration part. This provides the same effect with that obtained when a piezoelectric material high in Q is used while another piezoelectric material low in Q is also used.
