Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable multiple copies of unchanging copy quality to be made from the same latent image at a high speed, high resolving power and high density by forming a master formed with the image by a high magnetic permeability material on a base by a nonmagnetic material and using this.
CONSTITUTION: A master 5 formed with an image 4 by a high magnetic permeability material is made on a base 3 of a nonmagnetic material based on the image 2 of an original 1. Next, this master 5 is used and magnetic ink 7 such as magnetic toner is stuck on the image 4 by the high magnetic permeability material thereof in a magnetic field and this magnetic ink 7 is transferred onto a recording body 12. Plural sheets of copies may be obtained without degradation in the image, by repeating the process of sticking the magnetic ink 7 and the process of transferring this to the recording body 12 with the same master 5.
