Abstract

The tape 1 is pulled out upward through the gap between a guide portion 5 and a thrusting portion 6 as the adhesive side of the tape is located as its top. The tape is cut off by a cutter 7 which is moved in and out by a lever 8. Since three portions for the guiding, thrusting and cutting-off of the tape are coupled to the cylindrical guide 4, the one-handed bonding of the tape is enabled.
