Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal data from being taken into the receiving side, by transmitting the synchronizing signal as a kind of cancel signal in stead of the signal of input data in case that anomaly of input data is detected. CONSTITUTION:I/O part 1 is operated in the cyclic digital transmission system and is called from parallel-series (P/S) conversion part 21 periodically at every fixed time. The SVI (data transmission) signal from I/O part 1 and the SVO (data request) signal from address generating part 22 are applied to FF26. If the SVI signal is not returned from I/O part 1 during the time from the input of the SVO signal for reading data into P/S converting circuit 24, FF26 generates a noninput (EMP) signal. When the EMP signal is input, change-over switch 25 is switched to output the synchronizing signal from synchronizing pattern generator 27 to the MODEM side.
