This sent virtual station number is negative in the down direction and positive in the up direction. Then, station A having received the information sends the information while giving the positive virtual station number in the down direction or negative virtual station number in the up direction. When the result of processing at the information processing part at each station is a fixed value or within fixed range, the received information is considered to be addressed to the station and when not, the processing result is sent out as a new virtual station number.
