Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable control of a rotary angle of a step motor without using a reference position detecting switch by rotating the rotary shaft of the step motor toward a stopper at a predetermined angle to collide a damper with the stopper. CONSTITUTION:When wind blowing angle is regulated by rotating elevationally a shaft 6 connected at a damper 4 to a step motor as a center to cause the damper 4 to collide with a stopper, the damper 4 is stopped rotating. The step motor for driving the damper 4 is controlled by a program stored in a microcomputer 26 to supply a drive signal through a driver 25 to motor windings 16a-16d. The reference position of the damper is set in an internal counter for the microcomputer 26. When the rotating damper 4 collides with the stopper 11 to complete predetermined energization of the predetermined number by the microcomputer 26, the motor becomes one-phase energization to stop the motor 1.
