Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the safety and heat efficiency, by controlling the volume of combustion gas in accordance with pressure or temperature of refrigerant at exit of a refrigerant-heating heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: A gas flow adjuster 6, which is connected to a refrigerant pressure introducing pipe 5 which is branched from exit of the refrigerant-heating heat exchanger 1 and to a refrigerant-heating burner 2 and equipped with a metallic diaphragm 8 and a gas flow adjusting element 9, is installed. By so doing, when the refrigerant having been heated by the refrigerant-heating heat exchanger 1 flows into an operating side heat exchanger 3 and radiates and condenses by interacting a fan 7 and then returns to the refrigerant-heating heat exchanger 1 by operation a refrigerant-circulating pump 4, the pressure of the refrigerant having passed the re- frigerant-heating heat exchanger 1 passes through the refrigerant pressure introducing pipe 5 to act the metalic diaphragm 8 whereby the gas flow adjusting element 9 is operated to adjust volume of combustion gas supplied to a refrigerant-heating burner 2. And therefore, when room temperature is raised, pressure increase of the refrigerant is controlled whereby safety of the heating device is improved, and at the same time, wasteful consumption of combustion gas is prevented.
