Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to separate a flow in one blow-off port into a horizontal direction and a downward direction by a method wherein the blow-off port is equipped with a guide wall with a configuration expanding gradually and control panels separated into a plurality of pieces while a part of the control panels are constituted so as to be turned integrally with a shaft thereof and the other part thereof are constituted so as to be turned by a separate driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Control panels 3a-3c turned about a shaft 2 are provided at an inlet port 1 of a stream having a guide wall 4 formed to have a configuration expanding gradually toward a downstream. The control panels 3a, 3c among them are fixed to the shaft 2 while the control panel 3b is rotatably mounted on the shaft 2 and is constituted so tht a direction of an inclination thereof is determined by a solenoid 7 through a buffer spring 6. The control panel 3b is also retained so as to be inclined into the same direction as that of the other control panels 3a, 3c by a return spring 8 when a restriction by the solenoid 7 is released. A solenoid 11 and a hand operating lever 12 are connected to one end of said shaft 2 to enable to change the direction of the control panels.
