Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a photoelectric conversion output from varying by setting the value of the load resistance of a photoelectric converting element to zero apparently. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of a phototransistor TR11 is connected to a negative power supply terminal 12A, and its collector to the negative-side input terminal 13A of an operational amplifier 13. Then, the TR11, when a collector current Ic corresponding to light incident to the base flows, supplies a photoelectric conversion signal to the negative-side input terminal 13A of the amplifier 13. Of this amplifier 13, the input terminal 13A supplied with the signal is connected to an output terminal 15 via a feedback resistance 16. In this constitution, the gain of the amplifier 13 is extremely large and the potential difference between terminals 13A and 13B is extremely small, so input impedance is nearly zero. Therefore, the load impedance of the TR11 is extremely small apparently, so the TR11 operates in an extremely short response time, thus nearly eliminating fluctuations of an output voltage.
