Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure temperatures by determining the magnitude of the output signals of a temp. sensing element from the ratio to the magnitudes of predetermined two upper and lower limit reference signals. CONSTITUTION:A reference resistance circuit 26 which generates compensation upper and lower limit signals Vma, Vmi respectively with respect to upper and lower limit reference signals V1, V2 and a changeover switching circuit 23 which changesover these signals Vma, Vmi and the output signal of a temp. sensing element 32 are provided. The output signal of the element 32 is corrected based on the ratios of the signal Vma, Vmi to the signals V1, V2 and the signals Vma, Vmi.
