Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the detection of speed arrival possible rapidly and accurately with simple constitution by generating a speed arrival signal with two sets of comparators which operate respectively and separately according to the polarities in the differences between a command speed and actual speeds. CONSTITUTION:The differential signals having different polarities according to the rotating directions of the command speed signal ES and actually measured speed signal EM of which polarities are reversed according to rotating directions and have mutually reversed polarities are outputted from an operational amplifier 1, and are compared in comparators 10, 20 which operate separately according to the polarities of the differential signals and to which positive and negative reference voltages are being applied. Then, a transistor 30 is conducted by the high level speed arrival detection signals via the comparators 10, 21 irrespective of rotating directions and a relay 31 is energized. By this simple constitution, the speed arrival is detected rapidly without any time loss by way of two sets of the comparators which operate separately.
